1 General Terms & Conditions

• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.

Account Security Responsibility

KYC Verification Process

KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal from xbajii or for deposits above a certain amount. You will be required to submit the following documents as part of this process:

• A selfie photo holding your NID or passport.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must generally wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (wagering multiplier). For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of BDT 30,000 in bets.

• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements.

Finality of Game Results

• If KYC verification fails.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your xbajii account at any time. Any eligible balance in your account will be refunded (excluding bonus balance). Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.
